Q. How quickly can I get special Pantone®* mixes?
A. If your local dealer doesn't mix ink, we will make and ship all special orders received before 1pm for your dealer.

Q. Are the acrylic inks laser safe?
A. No, they are not. However, we suggest Titan,  Quickset, or Permabind Inks for jobs that will be laser imprinted.

Q. What fountain solution do you recommend that I use with acrylic inks?
A. Any offset fountain solution should be fine. Remember to mix it according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

Q. What fountain solution do you recommend for oil-base inks?
A. We suggest using a non-glycerine-based fountain solution with no more than 15% alcohol. pH and conductivity should be checked periodically.
